What happens during your seminars?
Our presentations are short and to the point. They run about an hour each. Sessions concentrate on the heart of common communications difficulties with solution-focused results. These lessons are easy to follow and easy to apply. We will help you recognize where communication breaks down.

What do you cover?
We have targeted four critical areas that we know to cause distress in the workplace. This approach is derived from research, studies of workplace dysfunction and decades of in-the-field psychological work.

How long will this take?
The entire presentation is broken into four parts and runs 4 hours total. This can be done in a day or spread over two days. An (optional) initial consultation with management usually takes about an hour.
